We love our pork here at Macbeth’s and we also love beer and whisky and what better way to enjoy these three delights than by putting them into one fine sausage.

That’s right. Working with Forres-based brewer Seb Jones, owner of Speyside Craft Brewery, we have created the Pickled Pig Sausage, a combination of our finest pork with Seb’s new secret craft beer matured in a whisky cask.

The new creation will be launched today at the Speyside Craft Brewery’s beer festival held at its HQ in the Greshop Industrial Estate in Forres.

But if you can’t wait till then you can order them online or pop into our Tolbooth Street-based shop.

In February, we got our customers’ love lives sizzling after launching a special sausage to celebrate Valentine’s Day.

As with the beer and whisky creation, we used their award winning pork sausage recipe and packed it with white chocolate and chilli – both aphrodisiacs.
