The beef is all selected from the traditional native breeds of Highland, Shorthorn and Aberdeen Angus – all grass fed and aged for a minimum of 30 days. We are very proud of the fact that some of our Scottish beef steaks have won prestigious gold stars at the Guild of Fine Food Great Taste Awards.
