Simply the best venison we have ever eaten! We got a tip to roast the joint in a roasting bag to preserve moisture (we have an aggressive fan oven!) and the result was melt-in-the-mouth succulent meat with a sublime flavour. Highly recommended, thank you all at Macbeths!
