Description
Macbeth’s beef striploin is the sirloin taken off the bone and trimmed up a wee bit – it is essentially a big joint of sirloin steaks – and we have customers who like to buy this joint so that they can cut their own steaks. It is also great as a boned roasting joint and of course it has the great flavour and succulence of three week hung grass fed beef.

We bought a 5lb piece of strip loin from Macbeths instead of roasting I cut into individual steaks, I oiled, salted and peppered two steaks, heated the frying pan and cooked both steaks for three minutes each side, my wife agreed that they were the best steaks we have had in years, thank you.

Have just bought this for making jerky 🙂 … no it’s not a waste! Makes superb easy-carry food for a day out wlaking in Sutherland, and for wildcamping there too.
