Description

A side of hogget is approximately 7 kg of Hebridean Hogget. We will cut and pack it to your specification but usually you will get:

Leg on the bone (can be boned and rolled), shoulder on the bone (can be boned and rolled), rack (can be put in noisettes or cutlets) double loin chops, flank, shanks and bones.
