We use lean pork shoulder to make our sausages they are lean but still remain juicy and tasty due to the natural skins we use.

Ingredients: 80% Pork, Rusk (wheat flour, salt), Water, Salt, Wheat Flour, Dextrose, Flavour Enhancer E621, Preservative Sodium Metabisulphite, Stabiliser E450, Antioxidant E301 & E331, Spice Extracts, Herb Extracts (Thyme)
