Very tasty when slow roasted. succulent meat with nice amount of fat to make crackling.

Slow cooked this joint of pork and the meat literally fell apart. It was delicious and juicy and the crackling was superb. Cooked a range of vegetables under the joint and after removing most of fat from pan added some chicken stock and produced a delicious gravy.
