I am originally from Texas which is considered beef country but have to admit that these are the best steaks I have ever eaten.

Not great at all. I am not quite sure why most people think these are amazing steaks. We put a small order and tried a couple of the steaks. They were full of fat and gristle and I mean not good fat. Marbling is acceptable but excess fat for the amount of money we pay its not great. The butchering of the meat was really bad. There wasn’t much flavour on the steaks unfortunately and we ‘ve been cooking steaks for a long time. We ‘ve been using wagyu, Aberdeen Angus and Highlands for a while so we know very well what a good steak should taste like.
