Macbeth’s Lamb racks are French trimmed for ease and have a great visual impact for dinner parties. You also have the option of splitting them to make 2 or 3 bone racks per serving which again looks amazing on a plate. 7 cutlets per rack.

This is the best quality rack of lamb I have ever cooked. I actually overcooked it by a few minutes and it was still incredibly moist and tender. All dinner guests said the meat was better quality than they’d had at a restaurant. Rack of lamb is not the cheapest cut but for a special occasion it is well worth it.

I cooked this rack of Lamb It was the best I’ve ever cooked I grilled for 30min covering it with salt black pepper and garlick salt I seved it with new potatoes, carrots and cabbage

I roasted a rack of lamb, longer than usual because my husband does not like lamb pink .I rested it for 20 minutes. The taste was superb and the meat incredibly tender. I made a red wine and port sauce and served with duchesse potatoes, broccoli and roasted carrots. A fantastic meal for a special occasion and the lamb is worth every penny

Had this for dinner last night. Who needs Gordon Ramsay when you can cook this so easily?
Absolutely delicious. Cut into the fat ( criss cross) rub in olive oil, salt and pepper and herbs if you like them ( I do! rosemary and thyme) stick on the oven rack fat side up @ 230 c for 10 mins to crisp the fat and then turn down to 150 c for another 20 minutes. Easy peasy and impossible not to like!

Excellent racks of lamb, prepared as requested and ready on time. Doesn’t need to be a “traditional roast” – we used an Ottolengi recipe, cut into pairs of chops, marinated overnight, seared for 5 min and finished in the oven for 15 minutes. Succulent and tender.
