We use lean pork shoulder to make our sausages they are lean but still remain juicy and tasty due to the natural skins we use. Great for cooked breakfasts and kids love them.
Ingredients: 80% Pork, Rusk (wheat flour, salt), Water, Salt, Wheat Flour, Dextrose, Flavour Enhancer E621, Preservative Sodium Metabisulphite, Stabiliser E450, Antioxidant E301 & E331, Spice Extracts, Herb Extracts (Thyme)

ried these and they are truly excellent, very much like my old favourite Potters Sausages that I can no longer buy. I make most my own or buy from Donald Russell, but in future I will be buying my sausages from Macbeth’s along with my Lorne & also steak. These were just the right mix, not to sweet & not too Moorish, great with a British breakfast & fantastic in a sandwich with Egg or bacon, or both.

Delicious sausages. I bought a lot for our family holiday and as hoped, they were completely delicious cooked on a small fire on a Hebridean beach.
