Versatility with a difference, pheasant breasts are great for just popping under a grill to cook quickly or you can roast in the oven. We would recommend placing some streaky over the breast as this helps to keep it moist and just adds to the flavour.

Pheasant breasts are succulent. I fry them after washing on a low heat for 5mins each side. Serve with roast potatoes, carrots, peas and green veg

I do them each stuffed with a clove of garlic and wrapped in some of Macbeth’s bacon, then wrapped in foil in the oven, with croquette spuds, fresh green peas and broad beans. Yumm 🙂
