Description
We source our pheasant from local estates in the Moray area and we supply them all year around, frozen when out of season. Traditionally roasted but can also be used in hot pots as well. Roast for 35 – 40 minutes at 180 oC.

I put the pheasant in an oven set to gas mark 4.I dusted the pheasant with flower. Brown the pheasant all over in a pot roasting tin I then took the pheasant out of tin, added bacon,garlic and vegetables (shallots, parsnip carrots and thyme and red wine) I then added the pheasant and cooked it for 1 hour 30 mins and served it with bread sauce It was delicious
