Amazing! So quick to fry and the taste is perfect. I really enjoy these as a steak sandwich with some rocket salad. If I need a treat a slice of Sharpham’s Rustic cheese goes on top!

Love these. Recently, I marinated them in red wine, a little salt, garlic, and a touch of mustard (Macbeth’s) for 24 hours, then fried them fairly gently in butter and the marinade for 5-7 minutes. Served with finely chopped leek, carrot and early white cabbage which is sort of stewed/fried in butter for 10 mins, in a pan with a lid on to keep in all the juices. Yummmmm

Tried our recently delivered minute steaks today. Kept things simple , just salt and pepper seasoning and a griddle pan so that the meat had a chance “to speak”. We were pleasantly surprised by the tenderness and flavour. First class!!!
