Very flavoursome and delicious, I had not tried hogget before, but I had seen it on a cooking programme and wanted to try and I was not disappointed. I slow cooked the joint in the oven and it was so tender. A quality product. Defiantly buy again.

Absolutely scrummy-different flavour to “normal ” lamb-like the difference between beef that’s been hung for 28 days or so and “fresh”. Much more rounded flavour. Shoulder is obviously a ;little fattier than leg but slow cooking it melts away just leaving lovely tasty meat!!

I had never tried hogget before, nor had my partner. I was quite excited to see you had some hogget in stock. I roasted the rolled shoulder and it was so tender and flavoursome. We had invited friends and they wanted to know where we had bought it as they enjoyed it too. I will look forward to buying more.
