Excellent alternative to chicken, slightly stronger flavour I think but certainly not what I would call strong. I was surprised at how much meat the guinea fowl yielded as I thought it looked a bit “scraggy” when I prepared it for cooking, but no, there was plenty of meat on it. Will order again
