Feather Steak
£3.39 – £19.95
The full flavour of grass fed beef
Description
Macbeth’s feather steaks are cut from the shoulder and are fantastic for braising or slow cookings. They have a deep marble through the meat giving these steaks a deep beefy flavour.

This is a very interesting steak. Whilst cooking it doubles in size. Heat a frying pan (middle heat) add butter. Wash the steak and cover with salt, black pepper and garlic salt Turn heat down and fry steak for 10mins (5mins each side You can cook for longer if you like your steak less bloody. Serve with peas and chips

I casseroled this with root vegetables and home made stock. It was deliciously tender and flavoursome.

First time trying these, but I won’t be buying these again, found them very fatty all the way through even being slow cooked, 4 of us for dinner and none of us enjoyed it.
