Our double loin chop from our fantastic hill lamb are to die for. These are the equivalent of a T-bone steak with a little bit of lamb fillet and lamb loin all on the bone. They are full of flavour and just melt in the mouth

A reasonable chop but far from outstanding. The fat wasn’t particularly tasty and didn’t cook well. I could have got better locally produced lamb from my local village shop for a lower price

I love lamb chops Wash the lamb and dry them with kitchen towel. Place them on a grill tray, and put black pepper,salt and garlic sallt on the chops.
Grill for 8mins on each side. Serve with boiled potatoes,greens, carrots and gravy made from the juices of the lamb

I agree with Rod but I would use less salt as it is not good for me. As an elderly man on his own, these chops make a nice sized meal although I could always use 2 if hungry. It’s nice to have some fat to help with the cooking but you don’t have to eat it if you don’t want to. A nice tasting piece of lamb.
