First time cooking with goat – made a Caribbean-style goat curry. Slow-cooked. Turned out very well. Forget the idea this goat will be tough and have a too-strong flavour. Not at all! Pleasant taste and very tender. Will definitely do this again.

We have used the diced goat leg a few times in curries and stews, and it is absolutely delicious. My husband follows his own recipes – always using the slow cooker – and the goat meat just melts in the mouth. Very flavoursome, very light, and great that it isn’t fatty. Highly recommended.
