This is the best chicken I have tasted in a while.So tender and flavoursome.
Would like Chicken Thighs on the Menu too for a change!
This is my second order from Macbeth’s and all of it has been excellent. What I like is that they do portion sizes for one person. Delivery is very efficient, you can choose whatever day suits you and you know it is going to arrive before noon.
An excellent service and excellent meat.

Very easy to cook, either roasted or stewed. Very tender and easy to skin if preferred. I agree with “amarahc” above that thighs would be a good idea as well.

Great quality chicken. Vacuum packed into portions, so it is very handy to keep some in the freezer.

Did these up as chicken wrapped in bacon. the recipe is …
2tbsp unsalted butter
1 slender leek, trimmed and very finely sliced
4 sun-dried tomatoes, drained
50g local blue cheese – Blue Monk from Monkland cheeses
4 chicken breast fillets
8 smoked streaky Macbeth’s bacon rashers
freshly ground black pepper
