Rare Breed Boreray Haggis

Our intrepid Haggis Hunters have been on an extra special trip to the Orkney Islands this year to catch the rare and often unseen Orkney Boreray Haggis!! Made with our own unique recipe, along with the addition of the beautiful Orkney Boreray Mutton, makes for a deliciously unique breed of Haggis. We are limiting them to one size as we only have a limited stock and they will be ready just in time for burns this year.

Please only order for delivery week commencing 22nd January, to give us time to round them all up.

Ingredients: Lamb Flank, Liver & Heart, Onions, Oatmeal, Stock, Suet, Barley, Rice, Salt, White Pepper, Ground Cloves.
