6 Week Hung Rib Roast on the Bone
£70.89 – £247.72
The Tasty bone in Roast
Description
Of all the roasts on the bone, the rib roast has to be the one with the most flavour to it. It is maybe not quite as tender as say a sirloin but it is more than made up for by the flavour.

Absolutely delicious, flavoursome and very tender, just like cutting butter! Beef as I remember it from my childhood – the family loved it – a wonderful Sunday supper enjoyed by all. Age range of consumers – 4 to 68!!!!

Quite possibly the best beef I have ever eaten! Had it for Christmas dinner.
Gordon Ramsey, eat your heart out! ( unless of course you’ve started to buy this from MacBeths!)

Have tried to give this 5 stars on the review, but didn’t appear to be working.
Unfortunately I wasn’t able to cook my joint when i intended, so had to freeze it. We had it this weekend and it was deliciously, mouthwateringly good. The way my family laid into it you would have thought they hadn’t eaten for a week. Will always buy my joints for special occassions from Macbeth.

Once again a superb piece of beef, cooked beautifully and was very tender. Always have to stop my gannets fighting over the remaining meat.
A big thank you to all concerned in rearing the animals.

Incredible piece of beef. Shared at family dinner over Christmas and universally acclaimed as “probably the best beef I’ve ever eaten”. Super tender and tasty.

For the first time I have not been happy with this cut. I know butchers cannot predict how meat will turn out, but this meat was tough even though it was cooked medium rare following the guidelines from Macbeth. It’s redeeming factor was that it was tasty.
