Oh my! That was a superb treat, this lamb tastes quite delicious. Had my chop very simply fried with rosemary and accompanied by Jersey Royals and fresh green peas – perfect, no need for any extra sauces and spices as the lamb has so much delicate taste.

These are absolutely superb. I must admit I did not take the butchers advice to fry them instead I cooked them gently in a mini oven. They came out just right. The flavour was the best I’ve had and it lasts beyond the meal. I’ve recently had some New Zealand lamb steaks and there is no comparison!
