Whole Shetland Hogget

Description

A Whole Shetland lamb is approximately 20kg of Shetland Hogget. We will cut and pack it to your specification but usually you will get:

Shoulder – on the bone (can be rolled or diced)

Gigot (Leg) – whole on the bone (can be rolled)

Double loin chops (can be boned and rolled)

French trim rack of lamb (can be rolled or into cutlets)

Flank on the bone (can be minced)

You will get it cut as above, if you would like anything cut differently, please specify on the notes at checkout

Buying the whole hogget represents a more than 10% saving on purchasing all the cuts seperately
