These ribs were fantastic. Definitely worth cooking slowly to get the most out of them. Can’t wait to have them again!

Fantastic,meaty ribs. I left them in a marinade overnight and then slow baked in the oven and finished under grill.The meat fell from the bones . Could also finish on BBQ if preferred. Such an improvement on supermarket offerings.
